The Municipality of Anchorage Office of Equal Opportunity (MOA OEO)OEO) proposed a 4.5% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Overall Goal for Fiscal Years (FY) 2011-2013. As part of the goal setting process, MOA is inviting input from women and minority business owners concerning what adjustments, if any, need to be made to the proposed 4.5% DBE goal.

MOA invites information concerning availability of disadvantaged and non-disadvantaged businesses, the effects of discrimination on opportunities for DBEs, ideas and recommendations on establishing a level playing field to provide equal contracting opportunities. DBEs are encouraged to submit comments to the address below:
