A considerable portion of contracts are performed by subcontractors and it is important to understand the legal contract terms that are negotiated with the prime. It can be complicated, and while some of the terms are not negotiable, some are. This workshop offers an overview of the main clauses/requirements that are vital for a good subcontract, including subcontracts for federal projects. These are:
- Incorporation of bids/order of precedence
- Flow downs
- Misc. (legal, venue)
