In this training, experienced federal government contracting attorney Maria Panichelli will explain FAR essentials that every government contractor should know.
You will learn about:
- the history of the FAR, including its purpose, importance, and basic structure;
- the most critical sections of the FAR relating to Contractor Qualifications, Eligibility, and Responsibility; and
- What the FAR says about Procurement Types and Source Selection.
Maria will walk you through a primer on the source selection process, paying particular attention to the regulations governing the submission and evaluation of proposals for competitive procurements under FAR Part 15. She will also address the rights and remedies available to a contractor in connection with a disputed source selection decision.
