PTAC Client No Show Policy: One of PTAC’s core values is meeting customers’ requirements, needs, and expectations. If an appointment has been scheduled, please respect this value by providing 24 hour notice when cancellation is required. If a “no call, no show” occurs for a third time, PTAC can decline future requests for program services and client inactivation will be processed.
