General Login System (GLS)

The SBA General Login System (GLS) is the single entry point for access to the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) computer network and the electronic applications for SBA administered socio-economic programs.

In order to register in GLS, you must have completed your entity registration in GSA’s System for Award Management (SAM) and your SBA small business profile. Once registered in GLS, you will be able to login through the GLS portal to access the electronic applications for SBA’s 8(a), HUBZone, and Women Owned Small Business contracting programs.

If you require assistance registering in SAM or completing your SBA small business profile, please contact Alaska PTAC for an appointment. To request a GLS login, please follow this link: GLS Registration and select ‘Request SBA User ID‘ in the lefthand column.
