State Vendor IRIS Training Announcement

The State’s procurement and accounting processes are being transitioned from a paper-based system to a web-based system known as IRIS (Integrated Resource Information System).  Any firm doing business with the State of Alaska needs to enroll in this new system to respond to solicitations, maintain account information, track financial information, and process invoices electronically through a Vendor Self‑Service (VSS) portal.  David Bohna will be presenting video sessions during the scheduled week in your location.

The video sessions will focus on how to activate an existing account, create a new account, and view payables and solicitation.  The schedule is as follows

April 13th through 17th Anchorage
AK Atwood Building 550 W. 7th Avenue, Suite 102

April 20th through 24th Juneau
AK Centennial Hall Convention Center 101 Egan Drive (please note this is a new location)

The video sessions will start at 8:00 am, 10:00 am, 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm each day. There is no requirement to pre-register.
