This workshop will provide an overview on calculating the insurance burden into labor costs and the estimating/bidding process, calculating insurance costs in change order(s), reviewing contractual insurance requirements, advice for negotiating insurance terms, and expense allocations. For any contractor utilizing labor, this is relevant and important information.

He is the immediate past President of the Construction Financial Management Associate (CFMA) and a Certified Insurance Counselor with the National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research.
