Principal among these is the requirement to pay employees the certain minimum prevailing wages and fringe benefits dictated by DOL wage determinations or collective bargaining agreements. In this webinar, Mr Mattox will highlight and discuss the McNamara-O’Hara Service Contract Act (SCA) standards and how contractors must comply.
