Federal Contractor Minimum Wage Rises in 2019

Another year, another minimum wage increase. On Jan. 1, the minimum wage for employees on covered federal contracts rises to $10.60 per hour, up from $10.35 per hour this year, the Labor Dept. announced.  Covered tipped employees performing work on covered contracts must be paid at least $7.40 per hour, up from $7.25 per hour.  Read more in the Fed Register notice: https://bit.ly/2PMVIKP
